Nu Skin

Nu Skin appears on many boycott lists that are circulating the Internet because of Mormon founders and headquarters in Utah.

Do not boycott companies just for having a Mormon corporate officer or history. Answering their bigotry with our prejudice is wrong.

Nu Skin does not have an entry in the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index.

    It is not prejudice to ask if they contributed, and to take away our business if they did.

    If it is true that the officers of Nuskin gave money to Prop 8 personally, that is a good reason for us to consider them as unfriendly to us. I agree that if they did not make direct contributions, or did not promote Prop 8, OK.

    BUT THEY NEED TO SHOW THAT THEY DIDN’T — everyone here knows that there was lots of pressure on California Mormons to contribute. Thus, it seems very fair to ask Utah Mormons if they did.

    THE CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST AND EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AT NUSKIN WERE RUDE TO ME WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THIS — that make me think badly of the situation.
