Mormons and Prop 8

Jan Shipps, a Methodist woman who has long studied the Mormons, describes the current situation as a “perfect storm” public relations disaster for the Mormon Church. Here she is on a local Salt Lake City station:

He speaks to the reality that we live in so different from the black/white, right/wrong, straight/gay world Mormons and others want to enforce through law.
